Mombasa~Nairobi railway is located in Kenya and runs from southeast to northwest. It is a standard track railway connecting Mombasa, the port city, and Nairobi, the capital. The main line is 472.253km long. The railway starts in Mombasa, one of East Africa's largest ports, on the island of Mombasa on Kenya's southeast coast, on the western side of the Indian Ocean;Nairobi is the political, economic and cultural center of Kenya as well as an important transportation hub of East Africa. The route passes through Voi, Mtito Andei, Sultan hamud and other important economic strongholds as well as Tsavo national park.

This project mainly meets the client's demand of communication transformation project from Banha to Port Said, which is initiated by ENR of Egypt National Railway Administration. The total length of the road is 200km, including 40 stations (including 21 EIS stations). The communication signal integrator is Siemens of Egypt Communication transformation involves transmission, digital communication, IP telephone, MCS clock, recording and other subsystems.The project uses RAS recording system. |
